This event is an introduction to the work I do as a Hypnotherapist, and the 8 week class I teach called
Mind Over Weight
In my experience Weight is never about food, weight is the result of how we see and feel about the stories we let play over in our heads, about ourselves and our weight, sometimes those stories, are our own stories, sometimes they are other peoples stories about weight. in this work, I show you self-hypnosis techniques to help you clear any unwanted energy/beliefs, that you are carrying about yourself or weight. The goal is to help you get present, about where you are in your journey, in your weight and where you want to be in your life. You may find, that once you realease the old patterns or stories, that you keep hearing, you maybe okay with being right where your at, and that it's okay for you to decide. So whether you want to gain weight, lose weight or even stay the same.. I am here to show you how to get where you want to be. This introduction class may open you up to all the possiblites you need to see right now or it may lead you to want to discuss private sessions with me or taking my 8 week Mind Over Weight Class. No matter what you decide, the goal is that you come and learn some good information and leave feeling good energy!

My name is Deni Staples. My background is in Communications. After a life changing event having my son in 1999, I felt like there was more to life, I was just missing out on it. I loved being a mom and staying home with Jackson, but the questions I had about Life and it's meaning needed more investigation on my part. When my son was old enough, I was led to go to hypnotherapy school. There I did alot of my own work to heal and found this beautiful connection to myself and to my higher power at the same time. I was shown how to realease other peoples thoughts and ideas and my own assumptions I had about, how my life "should" be. I was shown that I had all the best answers for me, and no matter what I choose for myself, my choices were okay, and because of this connection, I was never alone. Beacause I cleared and released all that was not working for me, I made room for exactly what was and more.. I found Love for myself and for the whole world because of this great connection to a higher source. I call it God, but you call it whatever you want too, I am just here to show you this connection, one you've always had to Love and to a Higher Power, and that your possibiites are endless..
